1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how SoFi Trade (“we”, “us”) processes information when you use our Telegram Mini App, website, and related services.
2. Data we process
- Telegram data — user id, username, language, and WebApp init data provided by Telegram when you open the Mini App.
- Account data — balances, deposit/withdraw history, plan/boost status, referral codes, and technical logs needed to operate the engine.
- Blockchain data — deposit and payout addresses and transaction hashes visible on public networks.
- Device / session — optional PIN (stored locally or hashed as implemented), approximate device metadata for security.
3. Purpose
We process data to provide trading automation, process deposits and withdrawals, prevent fraud, improve the product, and communicate service notices via Telegram.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, blockchain nodes, analytics if enabled) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Retention
Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, accounting, and dispute resolution.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and separation of hot wallets where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
You may stop using the Service at any time. For data requests related to your Telegram-linked account, contact support. Some data on public blockchains cannot be deleted.
